These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern all subscriptions and paid services offered by Eglise Locale ("we", "us", "the platform") to its customers ("you"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to every order placed for a paid subscription or add-on service on the platform. They complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Services and Plans

Eglise Locale offers free and paid plans giving access to features such as church page management, event publishing, live streaming, newsletters and community tools. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page at the time of subscription.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the pricing page and are stated exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price applicable to your subscription is the one in force at the start of each billing period, after reasonable advance notice of any change.

4. Orders and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Invoices are made available in your account.

5. Payment

Payment is made by the methods offered on the platform (notably card or other electronic means) through our payment provider. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. In the event of payment failure, we may suspend access to paid features until the situation is resolved.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may exercise it within the legal period by contacting us. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.

7. Term and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.

8. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will, where possible, be announced in advance.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a paid subscription is limited to the amounts paid by you over the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or through a prominent notice on the platform and apply to renewals following the notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, failing that, before the competent courts.
